Khagraj Krishi grows red and yellow capsicums using hydroponic methods. The capsicum plants are grown in coco peat from seedling until maturity. Drip irrigation gives them all the nutrients needed to grow into healthy fruits. In the 2nd season of producing red & yellow capsicums, the product is sold in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Narayanghat through various retailers. Given the location of the greenhouse inside Nepal, the product is picked and delivered with all the qualities such as fresh, crisp, crunchy and juicy to consumers expect in colour capsicums. Khagraj Krishi Greenhouse is located in Teraute Tole of Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City in Lumbini Province. The greenhouse is climate-controlled using sophisticated modern technology, making it possible to maintain the optimal temperature and humidity for growing our produce.

Shikar Agro Pvt. Ltd. a private company registered under the office of the company registrar, has been incorporated which has also obtained slaughterhouse permission from the local level authority in the name of Hamro Shikar Krishi Tatha Pashu Pakshi Badh Farm to operate at Lohonithok, Kanakot-9, Dhunibesi, Dhading, Nepal. Our primary objectives include operating the slaughterhouse under standard conditions including healthy raw material sourcing through health testing, proper and safe transportation, keeping live animals under clean and safe conditions, humane butchering, quality meat inspection and quality certifications, standard transportation of raw meat as well as other meat products including sausage, salami, minced meat etc.

Hair to Fertiliser (कpal) is an environmental and social enterprise officially registered on December 22 2023, at Tilagupha-03, Kalikot. Its main objective is to reduce the fertiliser scarcity problem in Nepal, especially in Karnali province. Chicken feathers and hair are two of the wastes that are most difficult to manage due to their slow degradation period. After various trials and research, our team has developed an idea to produce liquid fertilisers utilising these wastes. It not only solves the waste problem but also acts as an alternative to the burning problem of scarcity of fertilisers in Nepal. We developed an alternative solution. Finally, our collaborative efforts succeeded in conceptualising liquid fertiliser derived from hair.

Shreedhar Neupane
Founded in 2021 by Shreedhar Neupane, Coffee Bhatti also known as Himshikhar Coffee has evolved into a leading Nepali coffee producer. With a farm at 1,000–1,200m ASL, the company focuses on quality, sustainability, and supporting local farmers. Their coffee, grown in the Shivapuri Nagarjun region, is meticulously processed, roasted, and served at Coffee Bhatti Cafe. Himshikhar Coffee produces single-origin Arabica coffee at 1,000–1,200 ASL. We also source highland organic Arabica grown by small-scale farmers. We are in Nukawot, Bagmati province, 40km north of Kathmandu. Our coffee grows in rich, fertile soil, high elevation, and ample rainfall at the foothill of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Reserve, one of the premium coffee-growing regions. Himshikhar Coffee Company naturally cultivates Arabica with lime, mango, pineapple, and flower flavours. We train our farmers in quality coffee production to ensure better prices for their harvested cherries and excellent coffee for our customers.
